I am a results-driven commercial operator with international experience across the events and hospitality sectors, focused on turning strategy into measurable outcomes. I specialise in building revenue engines that are structured, accountable, and repeatable, especially where organisers need senior sales execution without the overhead of a full internal team.
Previously, I worked at Oliver Kinross, where I played a key role in transforming a boutique conference business into a global events leader. I helped launch and scale major event portfolios across international markets, supporting commercial growth through partner development, go-to-market execution, and disciplined sales operations. I also contributed to the successful sale of the business.
Harris Macaulay was developed to help event organisers sell more exhibitor space and sponsorship with a clear process and transparent incentives. I act as an extension of your commercial team, handling prospecting, outreach, pipeline management, negotiation, and close.
